VEYRAWOOD products are made from natural wood and may contain naturally occurring characteristics such as:

These characteristics are part of the material and are not normally considered defects.

Damage caused by excessive humidity, water exposure, direct heat, prolonged sunlight, improper storage, or unsuitable environmental conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

5. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many VEYRAWOOD products are handcrafted after an order is placed.

A custom product includes any item made with customer-requested:

• Dimensions

• Structural modifications

• Wood species

• Finish

• Configuration

• Engraving

• Personalization

• Drawing or design alteration

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all dimensions, drawings, finishes, specifications, and customization details before production begins.

VEYRAWOOD is not responsible for errors resulting from:

• Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer

• Failure to measure the intended space

• Unsuitable wall structure

• Insufficient access through doors, stairs, or elevators

• Incorrect information approved by the customer

• Failure to disclose relevant installation conditions

Once a custom specification has been approved and production has begun, the order may not be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged except where the product is damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications.

6. Prices and Currency

Unless otherwise displayed, prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

The final amount payable will be displayed before the customer submits payment.

The final checkout amount may include:

Applicable import duties and standard customs clearance charges are covered by VEYRAWOOD for eligible shipments, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products under these Terms.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we received the order. It does not guarantee final acceptance.

An order is accepted when VEYRAWOOD confirms the order and begins processing or production.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order when:

• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify or an authorized third-party payment provider. VEYRAWOOD does not directly store complete payment card information.

By submitting payment information, the customer confirms that:

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is declined, reversed, flagged, or subject to additional verification.

VEYRAWOOD is not responsible for fees charged by a customer’s bank, card issuer, currency conversion provider, or payment service.

9. Production Time

Our standard estimated production time is 7–20 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or custom quotation.

Production begins after:

• Payment has been successfully processed

• Required product details have been confirmed

• Custom drawings or specifications have been approved

Production estimates are not guaranteed completion dates.

If we become unable to dispatch an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and, where required, provide the option to accept a revised dispatch date or cancel the affected order for a refund.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Small and standard-size products: 5–12 business days

• Large and oversized products: 30–45 calendar days

Shipping estimates do not include production time.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, remote-area conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a complete and accurate delivery address

• Monitoring tracking updates

• Responding to carrier communications

• Arranging access for delivery

• Being available for any required delivery appointment

11. Order Cancellations

A customer may request cancellation by emailing veyrawoodglobal@gmail.com.

Cancellation conditions are:

• Within 24 hours and before production begins: full refund

• After 24 hours but before production begins: cancellation may be approved for a full refund

• After production begins for a standard product: cancellation may be subject to a fee of up to 20% of the product price

• After production begins for a custom product: the order is normally non-cancelable

A cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be stopped before production or shipment.

12. Returns and Refunds

Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom and personalized products are not eligible for return due to a change of mind, customer measurement error, preference, or incompatibility with the intended space.

Large or oversized products returned for reasons not caused by VEYRAWOOD may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility when the return is caused by a change of mind or incorrect customer selection.

VEYRAWOOD will cover authorized return costs when we confirm that a product arrived damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the order.

13. Installation and Customer Responsibility

Products must be installed according to the product instructions and appropriate building practices.

Customers are responsible for determining:

• Whether the wall, ceiling, floor, or mounting surface is structurally suitable

• Whether the selected fasteners are appropriate

• Whether concealed pipes, electrical wiring, or other hazards are present

• Whether professional installation is required

• Whether the product is suitable for the intended use

• Whether the published weight limit is appropriate

Hardware included with a product may not be suitable for every wall or mounting surface.

For large, heavy, elevated, or wall-mounted products, VEYRAWOOD strongly recommends installation by a qualified professional.

Customers must not:

• Exceed the published weight limit

• Use damaged mounting hardware

• Modify structural components without authorization

• Install products on an unsuitable surface

• Allow children to climb on products not designed for climbing

• Use furniture in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose

Installation damage caused by unsuitable surfaces, incorrect measurements, improper fasteners, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions is not considered a product defect.

14. Product Care and Maintenance

Customers are responsible for reasonable care and maintenance after delivery.

Products should be protected from:

• Excessive moisture

• Standing water

• Direct heat

• Prolonged intense sunlight

• Extreme temperature changes

• Excessively dry or humid conditions

• Harsh chemicals

• Abrasive cleaning tools

Wall-mounted and elevated products should be inspected periodically to ensure that fasteners, brackets, and mounting points remain secure.

15. Warranty

Eligible products may be covered by the VEYRAWOOD Warranty Policy.

Warranty coverage does not normally include:

• Normal wear

• Accidental damage

• Incorrect installation

• Damage caused by exceeding weight limits
